For multi-day events, summits, and conferences, we build and travel with the full team we need, or local or a mix of both.

Do you offer on-site photo approval workflows?

Yes.

We use Frame.io with custom automations to give your team a mobile-friendly approval process during the event.

Your team approves → our system publishes or routes images instantly.

Nothing goes public or to press without your sign-off.

Can you work within different budgets?

Yes. We scale as needed.

Can you integrate with our DAM or archive?

Yes.

We regularly work with Widen and other internal systems.

Metadata, caption standards, folder structures, and naming conventions are all mapped before game day, so files land exactly where they belong.

How do you handle metadata and captions?

We pre-build metadata templates for:

  • Speakers

  • Panels

  • Sessions

  • Locations

  • Key individuals (pre-imported into keyword sets)

We embed captions and metadata at ingest, so your files arrive accurate, searchable, and archive-ready.

Do you work with multiple photographers and editors?
