This is the gear we use on our own event productions. Bonded 5G internet, high-capacity NAS storage, and a managed 10G switch, the kind of setup that keeps a production operation running when venue WiFi fails and schedules go sideways.
If you need reliable infrastructure for a conference, summit, gala, or multiday production, you can rent it by the day or the event. If you need something built specifically for how your team works, we can talk through that too. We ship nationally.
This is not a hotspot. The Peplink MAX BR2 Pro bonds two independent 5G connections across all major carriers, if one drops, the other carries the load. It's what we bring to every event where we can't trust the venue network.

The Synology DiskStation DS1821+ is an 8-bay NAS with 32GB RAM, 8×9TB drives, and dual 10GbE. That's 72TB of raw storage with enough headroom to run ingest, backup, and archive simultaneously during a live event.
If your production requires on-site storage with real redundancy, this is the piece of gear that makes it possible.

10G Managed Network Switch Rental
The QNAP QSW-M3216R is a 16-port managed switch with 10G RJ45 and SFP+ connectivity. Enough port density and bandwidth to run a full multi-station ingest operation without the network becoming the bottleneck.
