Where are you based?
PA is home base and NYC is a quick commute, but we work wherever your event is.
For multi-day events, summits, and conferences, we build and travel with the full team we need, or local or a mix of both.
We’ve supported events across the U.S. and abroad.
What types of events do you specialize in?
High-profile, multiroom, multiday events where speed, accuracy, and discretion matter.

Do you offer video as well?
We do, selectively. Photography is the core of what we do. For larger programs that need daily recaps, highlight films, or sponsor content, we bring in trusted video partners we've worked with before. If video is part of your event, tell us what you're thinking and we'll let you know what makes sense.
How fast do you deliver photos?
However fast your event requires.
We offer:
Real-time delivery (during the event)
Rapid turnaround (same-day or same-night)
Standard editorial delivery (next-day or within a defined window)
We'll talk through what your event actually requires and build delivery around that and not a preset package.
Do you offer on-site photo approval workflows?
We use Frame.io with custom automations to give your team a mobile-friendly review process during the event. Your team flags what they want. Our system routes and delivers. Nothing goes to press or public channels without your sign-off.
Can you work within different budgets?
Every event is different. We scale the crew, workflow, and delivery speed to match what your program actually needs. Some events need a real-time multi-editor operation. Others don't. We'll tell you honestly what we'd recommend and why.
Can you integrate with our DAM or archive?
We regularly work with Widen and other systems. Metadata standards, folder structures, naming conventions, and caption templates are all mapped before we arrive, so your files land where they belong without cleanup on your end.
How do you handle metadata and captions?
We pre-build metadata templates for:
Speakers
Panels
Sessions
Locations
Key individuals (pre-imported into keyword sets)
We embed captions and metadata at ingest, so your files arrive accurate, searchable, and archive-ready.
It's one of the main reasons organizations with active archives hire us specifically.
Do you work with multiple photographers and editors?
We assemble photojournalists and editors who understand principal-level environments, work fast, and don't need managing. You have one point of contact. We handle the rest.
What happens if something goes wrong with the venue internet or systems?
You'll never feel it.
We carry bonded mobile internet, redundant NAS and mirrored backups, and backup ingest stations. When something goes sideways during an event, and something always does, the workflow keeps moving. Your team doesn't hear about it from us.
